The Greater Sand Dunes Special Recreation Management Area (SRMA) includes the following recreation sites: Killpecker Sand Dunes, Killpecker Open Play Area, Open Play Staging Area, Crookston Ranch, North Table Camp Site, Boar's Tusk, White Mountain Petroglyphs, Cedar Canyon Petroglyphs, Sand Dunes WSA, and Buffalo Hump WSA.

Take State Highway 191 north of Rock Springs to mile marker 10. East on County Road 4-17 twenty-seven miles to the site.
