Fast answers to the common ones
- Cancel my subscription:email us the word “cancel” from your account email, or use the subscription-management link in any Square receipt. Details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Refund: first 7 days are refunded in full, no questions asked — see refunds.
- Privacy request (access/delete/correct): email from your account address — process and timelines in the Privacy Policy.
- A park's location or details look wrong: tell us the park name — we maintain a correction layer over the official feed and ship fixes fast.
Response time
Within one business day, Pacific Time. Cancellation emails are honored from the moment you send them — if you email “cancel” on the 30th and we read it on the 31st, no new charge stands.
