Devils Tower National Monument

All campfires are prohibited. Devices using pressurized liquid or gas (stoves, grills or lanterns) that include shut-off valves are permitted when used in an area at least three feet or more from flammable material such as grasses or pine needles.

The Teton County Health Department declared a local emergency due to a measles outbreak on July 13, 2026. Visitors and residents may have been exposed at several locations in Teton County, including the Colter Bay area in Grand Teton National Park.

Limited Parking at the Visitor Center is monitored by the use of a Stoplight. This light helps meter traffic so that parking spots are available for visitors. Stoplight generally in effect from 10 am to 4 pm. Wait times vary daily.

Construction projects underway. Moose-Wilson Road closed 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 28-July 30. Expect delays of 45 minutes in both directions all other times. No roadside parking on Moose-Wilson Road. Taggart Trail detour in place. Menor's Ferry Road closed weekdays. Mormon Row area open with some construction activity.
