This trailhead provides access to Blair Lake Trail.

Getting there

From the traffic signal in Oakridge, Oregon turn onto Crestview, proceed over the overpass and turn right at the next intersection (1st Street).  Travel through Oakridge to Forest Road 24 (Salmon Creek Road) and continue for 9 miles to Forest Road 1934.  Turn left onto Forest Road 1934 and continue for 8 miles to Forest Road 733 and turn right.  Continue for about 1.2 miles and turn left onto Forest Road 741.  Travel about 0.2 mile to the trailhead.  The trail begins on the right side of the road.
