About this campground

Provides access to: Thomas Lake Trail #111 which enters Indian Heaven Wilderness from the west. Gravel parking area for 10 vehicles.

Getting there

From Carson, WA follow Wind River Hwy (Forest Road 30) north for about 5 miles to Forest Road 65 (Turn right onto Old State Road and take the 1st left onto Forest Road 65/​Panther Creek Road). Continue to follow Forest Road 65 for 16 miles. Trailhead will be on the right. (The trail is not accessible from the north via Road 30 because the Rush Creek Bridge is out).
