About this campground

Gives access to South Creek Trail #401 which enters Lake Chelan-Sawtooth Wilderness.

Getting there

From Twisp drive west on Twisp River Road (county road 9114). At about 12 miles the Twisp River Road becomes Forest Service Road 44. Continue on Forest Service Road 44 for 5 miles, road then becomes a gravel road and Forest Service Road 4440, continue another 5 miles to South Creek Campground and South Creek Trailhead on the left side of the road.
