About this campground
Settled by Mormon pioneers in 1865, a few foundations and a cemetery are all that remain. In the 1930's, many western movies were filmed in the vicinity and movie fans may recognize the colorful outcrops and distinctive rock features along this wind swept drive.
Getting there
The Paria Movie Set Day Use Site is 33.5 miles east of Kanab on Highway 89, turn north at milepost 31, at the Old Town Paria rock marker.
