About this campground
A small fishing lake in the North Creek Lakes area. The Department of Wildlife Resourses of Utah (DWR) stocks this reservoir with Brook Trout. Other fishing lakes near Joe Lay Reservoir are Flat Lake, Yellow Lake, Blue Lake, Upper Barker Reservoir, Lower Barker Reservoir, and Dougherty Basin.
