About this campground
From the parking area social trails wind between the oddly shaped hoodoos and lead to several arches, including Metate Arch. This is an easy walk and a great place for families to explore. Plan to spend a least 30 minutes walking in the area.
Getting there
The walk begins at the Devils Garden parking area off the Hole in the Rock road. From Escalante, drive 5 miles east on Hwy 12, then 13 miles south on the Hole in the Rock road. To the signed turnoff for the Devils Garden, then .5 miles to the parking area.
