Twin Lakes West Trailhead This popular trailhead provides access to the Twin Lakes #1500 trail and the Twin Lakes. There is a view point from the lower trailhead. Amenities No drinking water No garbage disposal - Please pack it out Vault toilet
Getting there
From Roseburg, OR take OR 138 east / northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Continue on Highway 138 for 16 miles to Little River Road 17. Turn south onto Little River Road. After 20 miles, it becomes Forest Road 27. Stay on this road another 10 miles. Pavement will have turned to a gravel surface. Turn left on Forest Road 2715 (about 3 miles east of the Lake in the Woods Campground) and follow it for 8 miles to its junction with Forest Road 2715-530. Turn left (north) and go to the end of the road (about 4 miles) to reach trailhead Twin Lakes Trail #1500.
