About this campground

This site includes a boat launch, parking area, and trail on Sparks Lake.  There are boat-in camping opportunities at dispersed sites.  The paved interpretive Ray Atkeson Loop Trail can be accessed from this site. Motorized and non-motorized boats are allowed on the lake. A maximum speed limit of 10mph is strictly enforced.   Recreation Fee Site: Parking at this site requires a recreation pass. Passes are available at this site, but can also be purchased from Forest Service offices or vendors. Please check here for more information about recreation passes and where they can be purchased.

Getting there

From Bend, OR: Travel 26.2 miles west on Cascade Lakes Hwighway (46), then turn left (south) onto Forest Road 4600 400 for 1 mile.
