About this campground

The Pacific Crest Trail crosses County Road 1C01 at Etna Summit (5960'). The trail heads north into the Marble Mountain Wilderness and south into the Russian Wilderness. This area has great views and cooler temperatures than the Scott Valley below. There is parking available.  Due to elevation, accessibility determined by snow levels.

From Etna travel south on county road 1C01 approx 12 miles to the summit.
