About this campground

Popular for weddings and extended family reunions, the group use site is located in a stunning Ponderosa Pine and forest meadow environment, adjacent to the East Fork Jemez River and Jemez Falls Campground. Come prepared for warm summer days and cooler evenings. Jemez Falls, largest waterfall in the Jemez Mountains, is in close proximity. The Valles Caldera National Preserve and Bandelier National Monument are within a short driving distance. Uses: Group picnics and hiking. Open area for volleyball. Facilities: The site accomodates up to 100 people and has a group pavillion, picnic tables. Vault toilets. Special Instructions: Advance reservations required. Cutting live vegetation is prohibited. Charcoal only in cooking grills.
