About this campground
The Caribou Trail leaves the Bog Brook valley along a succession stream crossings and logging roads. It then ascends Caribou Mountain into the Caribou-Speckled Wilderness.
Getting there
On the Bog Road (Forest Road 6), which leaves the south side of US 2 1.3 miles west of the West Bethel Post Office and leads 2.8 miles to the trailhead where a gate ends public travel on the road.
