About this campground
The Visitor Center at Thomas Stone National Historic Site is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the summer season, generally mid-April through December. It is closed along with the rest of the park during the winter.
Getting there
From LaPlata- Take Maryland Route 6 (From the South) or 225 (From the North) for three miles. Turn left (From the North) or right (from the South) onto Rose Hill Road.
