About this campground

The Wildlife Viewing South Fork Salmon - Fish Viewing area is a unique way to view wildlife.  It is a boardwalk, approximately 8 feet wide by 50 feet long, that goes over a marshy area to view salmon spawning habitat.  There is a wide spot in the road nearby for parking. It is most often used during spawning season in late August and September.
