The Sage Hen Nature Trailhead has a picnic table, parking area and a three panel information kiosk. Located near several campgrounds that surround Sage Hen Reservoir, including Sage Hen Creek, Cartwright Ridge, Antelope, Hollywood and Eastside Campgrounds.
