About this campground
The Gasparilla Inn & Club, built in 1913 and a member of Historic Hotels of America® since 2007 was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. Historic Hotels of America is the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation® for recognizing and celebrating the finest historic hotels across America. Built in 1911, The Gasparilla Inn & Club first welcomed guests in 1913. Defining this grand resort are a historic pale yellow wooden frame, white-pillared entrance, and Victorian-style gable roofs. The property offers a wide array of amenities, as well as casual and formal dining options, while maintaining its genuine Old Florida feel. Located in the heart of Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island, the resort occupies 180+ acres of well-manicured grounds with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Charlotte Harbor. With a newly renovated Pete Dye championship golf course as well as an expansive beach club, spa, and salon, guests will enjoy the resort seasonally from October to July.
