About this campground

The Little Dolores Trail #648 is a two track which forks to the right off of the Fruita Division Rd #400 and heads north to an open parking area. It eventually reaches a fenceline that separates the forest from private land.  The trail continues  for another .38 miles through the fenceline and ends at a stock pond on private land.  Geo-Ref Trail Map   Geo-Reference Instructions

Getting there

UPPER ACCESS: From the Glade Park Store travel 9.2 miles to the Forest Boundary on Fruita Division Rd #400.  From the Forest Boundary travel past the Mud Springs and Haypress campgrounds 2.8 miles to the Little Dolores Trailhead.  LOWER ACCESS: Little Dolores Trail ends at the Forest/Private Boundary; there is no access from the lower end.
