About this campground
The Gray’s Creek Trail #157 begins at the end of Forest Service Road 402.8F and ends at an intersection with the Parallel Trail #139. The trail heads south, paralleling Divide Road, for about 1.8 miles before it turns east/northeast. It travels around non-Forest Service land, drops down into the Gray’s Creek drainage, climbs out of the drainage and ends at an intersection with the parallel Trail #139. Getting there
From Montrose: Travel west on Highway 90 for approximately 29.2 miles to the intersection with Forest Service Road #402.8F, Pool Creek Road. Turn north on FSR 402.8F, the trail begins at the end of the road in about 0.2 miles.
