About this campground

Overview Lock 6 Park is located on what once was a working lock and dam on the Black Warrior River. The boat ramp provides access to fishing and other recreation opportunities. Visitors will appreciate the group shelter and pit toilet conveniently located on the grounds. An artesian well flows naturally on the property. Recreation Fishing, boating, picnicing, family gatherings and wildlife watching are recreational activities that can be enjoyed at Lock 6. Natural Features Running artesian well on-site
