About this campground
The Hog Canyon West Kiosk is used as a staging area to access the Hog Canyon OHV System. You will find a beautifully built kiosk with the Kanab Field Office Transportation Map, Hog Canyon OHV System Map, and information provided by the BLM Kanab Field Office, the Canyon Country 4x4 Club, and Kane County. The Hog Canyon OHV System is suitable for four-wheel-drive jeeps, ATVs, UTVs, horseback, and hiking. These routes are not recommended for street or two-wheel-drive vehicles due to steep inclines, rocky surfaces, narrow routes, and deep sand. For more information, detailed maps, and current conditions, contact the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument Visitor Center in Kanab, UT.
Getting there
You can access the Hog Canyon West Kiosk by traveling north out of Kanab, UT on Highway 89 for 2.6 miles. Then, make a right hand turn after the Hog Canyon sign. Once on the dirt road, travel 0.7 miles to the Hog Canyon West Kiosk.
