From Reno Airport U.S. 395 S/Interstate 580 S ramp to Carson City Merge onto I-580 S/US-395 S Continue onto US-50 W/Hwy 50 Destination will be on the left From Sacramento CA-99 S/US-50 E Follow US-50 E to Pioneer Trail in El Dorado County (94.7 mi) Turn right on Pioneer Trail Drive to Hew 50 in Zephyr Cove Turn Right onto Lake Tahoe Blvd Continue onto Hwy 50 Destination with be on the right
